Programs & Descriptions


Group Fitness is a great way to get in shape and keep in shape with friends and family. It's also a great way to spend time together. As the saying goes, "Those who play together, stay together!" Spend quality time together improving your health and quality of life! Programs offered by Signature Fitness are listed below. Fit Mix




Fit Mix is a program that includes a combination of cardiovascular training, strength training, and mind/body classes. This type of program is a cross training routine and is great for those who want a little bit of everything in their workout.



Work-in-a-Workout




Work-in a Workout is a worksite group fitness program. The trainer comes to you! Workouts can be scheduled before work, during a break, or after work. This program convenient, breaks up the workday, energizes staff and promotes a healthy working environment.



Cardio Party




Cardio Party is packed with powerful cardio workouts including high and low impact aerobics, kickboxing, jump rope, and more! This program is a fun way to get fit and spend time with friends, co-workers, or family.

Strength in Numbers




Strength in Numbers is a strength training program that includes weight training, resistance training, and body sculpting. Workouts use free weights, exercise tubing and bands, and other fitness equipment.



Mind/Body




Mind/Body is a program that focuses and the mind and body connection in fitness. Classes include yoga, pilates, stretch and relax techniques.



Team in Training




Team in Training is a exercise program that includes fitness assessments, consultations, and incentives. This program is great for a group with similar fitness goals.
