This program is designed for clients interested in increasing their physical activity level through moderate exercise. Workout sessions include a combination of cardiovascular exercises and resistance training. The focus of the program is to aid clients in maintaining and improving their overall health and quality of life. This program includes initial and final fitness consultations and assessments, workout sessions with a personal trainer, a workbook that includes a fitness journal, food log, workout planner, and information on goal setting, healthy eating and more.
